1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Magnift product — including magnift.com, calculate.magnift.com, go.magnift.com, or blog.magnift.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Magnift operates a suite of focused digital tools:

— Calculate: A free, browser-based calculation tool. No account required. All calculations are performed client-side and no data is stored.

— Go: A link shortening and management service. Redirect analytics including click counts and timestamps may be stored.

— Blog: A studio editorial platform. Content is published by Magnift and is not user-generated.

All tools are provided as-is. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any Magnift product to:

— Violate any applicable law or regulation — Submit or link to content that is unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent — Use Magnift Go to shorten URLs that redirect to malware or phishing pages — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems — Scrape or systematically extract data without prior written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and materials on Magnift products are the intellectual property of Magnift and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimers

Magnift tools are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of calculation results from Calculate. Always verify critical calculations independently. We are not liable for errors or outcomes arising from the use of our tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. As our tools are currently free, our total liability is zero.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of any Magnift product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
