Short version: We collect as little as possible. Calculate stores nothing. Go stores only what is needed for link analytics. We never sell your data or run ad trackers.
1. Overview
Magnift collects as little data as possible, stores nothing we do not need, and never sells or shares your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
This Privacy Policy applies to all products: magnift.com, calculate.magnift.com, go.magnift.com, and blog.magnift.com.
2. Calculate (calculate.magnift.com)
Calculate is fully client-side. All calculations happen in your browser.
— We do not collect, store, or transmit any calculation inputs or results. — No account or login is required. — No personally identifiable information is collected. — Currency data is fetched from open.er-api.com. Your IP may be exposed to that service as part of standard web requests.
Aggregate, anonymised usage statistics may be collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This data is not linked to individuals and does not use cookies.
3. Go (go.magnift.com)
Magnift Go collects some data to function as a link shortener.
Data collected when a shortened link is clicked: — Timestamp of the click — Country (derived from IP — the IP itself is not stored) — Referrer URL — Browser type and OS
This data is used solely to provide analytics to the link creator. It is never sold or used for advertising.
You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting [email protected].
4. Blog (blog.magnift.com)
Blog is a read-only platform. We do not offer accounts, comments, or user-generated content. No cookies are used for tracking on this subdomain.
5. Hosting & Infrastructure
All Magnift products are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs including IP addresses. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy for details.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers on any Magnift product.
7. Your Data Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
As most of our tools collect no personal data, most requests will result in a confirmation that there is nothing to access or delete.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of any Magnift product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
